Shipping and Payments

ORDER FULFILLMENT

Dfashion srls, in order to guarantee a correct service to its Customers, guarantees the receipt and acceptance of purchase orders until 17.00 from Monday to Friday; orders received after this time, as well as those received on Saturdays, Sundays or other public holidays, will be considered received on the first working day following that of the order itself. Any reductions in working hours and/or interruptions of sales services in particular periods of the year (e.g. summer months) which could lead to an extension of delivery times will be adequately highlighted at the time of the order, and will be at the discretion of the Customer proceed or not with the confirmation of the same according to the times indicated. Upon delivery of the goods, the Customer is required to check:

- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document
- that the packaging is intact and not altered even in the closing tapes

In the event of tampering and/or breakage, the Customer must immediately dispute the shipment and/or delivery by writing "RESERVE FOR DAMAGED PACKAGING" on the signed copy of the delivery document to be returned to the courier or other operator.

The Customer is required to report any damage within 7 days of receipt of the goods, by registered letter in advance or by e-mail to the following addresses:

For each order, the Customer is required to specify at least one telephone number to allow the express courier to contact him in the event of delivery difficulties; if the delivery is not successful for reasons not attributable to Dfashion srls , or to the express courier for more than 5 consecutive days, the order will be considered canceled and the Customer will be charged for the storage costs as quantified by the express courier.

DELIVERY TIME

The delivery times of the products vary in consideration of the article ordered by the Customer and the delivery methods chosen by the same. The times indicated for the delivery terms are merely indicative and are in no way binding for Dfashion srls . Using express courier transport, delivery is expected in a variable time from 1/5 working days from the time of the order. In any case, the estimated delivery times are explicitly indicated in the technical data sheet of the single product. For products in which the technical data sheet contains 24/48 hour delivery indications, the indications mentioned below apply:

A) Day 0 (receipt of order)

the back office processes orders received by 1.00 pm, otherwise they are processed the following day. The same applies to orders received on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays: they will be processed on the first working day following that of the order itself. The order is processed according to the payment method chosen, and in particular:

- if the chosen payment method is BANK TRANSFER, the order will be processed when the credit will be displayed on the bank account of Dfashion srls

- if the chosen payment method is CREDIT CARD, the order will be processed after 24h. The order is sent to our warehouses by 18.00;

B) Day 1 (Courier Forwarder)

the day following the order, the courier will collect the goods by 6.00 pm at our warehouses. The courier will be given the Accompanying Invoice containing the place of destination and any notes included in the order. At the same time as the product is collected, an e-mail will be sent to the customer containing the Shipping Number; this will allow the customer to follow the delivery status and estimated times in real time on the Courier Forwarder's website.

C) Day 2 (delivery of goods)

The product will be delivered to the address indicated at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery methods

1) Standard Delivery:
Delivery takes place within 5 working days from the date entrusted to the Courier. In detail: we deliver within 72 hours maximum from when we entrust the goods to the courier. For all of Italy, including the islands, the cost of shipping is indicated at the time of the order. Furthermore, the timing described above for the Islands could undergo a variation according to unpredictable elements: for example adverse weather conditions, etc.
